WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We use these major carriers to ship our items: UPS, FedEx and USPS. In select areas we may also use these carriers to ship your items: OnTrac, Lone Star Overnight (LSO), Deliv,Geodis,4PX and Yanwen.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Delivery within 1-3 days for US Mainland,UK,Germany,French and Italy, and 7-13 days rest of world.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Can I change or update my shipping address?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change your shipping address once you have placed your order with us.


Do you ship to APO/AFO?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses or to P.O. boxes at this time.


Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place one order per shipping address.


Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to item availability or items shipping from different fulfillment centers.


Shipping costs will be allocated across shipments, based on their value, but the total amount paid for shipping will never exceed the shipping cost total provided to you at checkout.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We are currently able to support Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and PayPal as payment options for orders on this website.


For Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express, you can use a credit card, debit card, or prepaid card.

Can I use more than one payment method for my purchase?

We are currently only able to support one payment method per order.




When will my card be charged?

When you submit your order, we place an authorization hold on your credit card or PayPal account to secure an amount equal to your order total.


If you pay by debit card, your bank may place a hold on these funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal from your deposit account.


After the order ships, your payment is taken and the hold is removed.




What is an authorization hold?

An authorization hold is common practice for online orders, and temporarily secures an amount equal to your order total when you submit your order. After the order ships, your payment is taken and the hold is removed.


If your order is canceled for any reason, we will promptly request that the financial institution remove the authorization hold. The length of time it takes your financial institution to remove the authorization hold is determined by their policy or practice over which Localised has no control, but it is typically between 7 and 21 days. For more information on the length of time it takes for authorization holds to be removed for order cancellations, please contact your financial institution prior to placing your order.


If you use a debit card to make a purchase, your bank places a hold on these funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal from your deposit account. We do not process the actual charge to your debit card until your order is shipped; however, we will request another authorization from your bank to verify that the funds remain available if there is a delay from your order date to our shipping date.




Can I use a credit card with a billing address that is not in US?

Yes, we are able to accept credit cards with billing addresses from another country, and PayPal accounts from another country. When you are checking out with a foreign credit card, please ensure you enter the correct billing address for the card, including the correct country name.


Please note that if you use a credit card with a billing address from another country, or use a PayPal account from another country, charges to your account will be converted to that currency by the respective financial institution. The foreign exchange rate used is not set by Localised.

Additionally, the respective financial institution may impose surcharges on cross-border transactions, over which Localised has no control. For more information on whether there may be any surcharges on cross-border transactions, please contact your financial institution prior to placing your order.




Do you accept gift cards?

We do not currently sell or accept gift cards on this website.


There is an unrecognized charge from Localised on my bank statement

If you notice a charge on your credit card statement or PayPal statement that is from Localised but that you do not recognize, please contact us with the following details, and a Localised customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible:

Why is there a charge on my card if my order was canceled?

When you place an order, we put an authorization hold on your credit card or PayPal account in an amount equal to the order total as agreed during checkout. The amount is not actually charged until your order ships.


Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 90-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 90-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email info@qgeemtech.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within X business days.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.
